随着现代科学技术的日益发展,螺旋输送机的应用也越来越广泛,物料从进料口加入当转轴转动时,物料受到螺旋叶片法向推力的作用,该推力的径向力和叶片对物料的摩擦力,有可能带着物料绕轴运动,但由于物料本身的重力和料槽对物料的摩擦力的缘故,才不与螺旋叶片一起旋转,而在法相推理的轴向分力作用下,沿着料槽轴向移动。
本设计以建筑业为背景,对此工况所要求的螺旋输送机结构进行设计计算,对整个装置中的传动系统进行了具体的设运动力学分析及结构设计,对其驱动装置作了深入设计,并着重对其主要零部件进行了具体设计,包括螺旋输送机的螺旋直径,螺距,轴径进料口,叶片形式,中间悬挂轴承,槽体,螺旋轴的计算选型。
电动机是通过螺旋输送机的功率来计算选型,减速器中齿轮通过齿面解除疲劳强度来计算,通过齿根弯曲疲劳强度验算,轴按许用应力计算法校核轴径

Abstract
With the growing of modern science and technology development,application of the screw conveyor is more and more material was added to the inlet orifice, and the shaft rotated ,the materials was given the thrust by the helicallobe ,The thrust of the radial contribut to the material and blade the friction ,it is possible that the matcrials could rotate around the axis ,but because of the gravity of the material and the friction which the silo acted,the material do not rotate with the helicallobe ,it move along the axis of
The silo by the thrust of the spiral blade.
For the construction industry background ,which is required by the screw conveyor design and structurs in this design . The entire device in the trabsmission system for the movement of mechabical and structural was designed. The design of its driving system and the specific design of its main parts, which is including the screw conveyor spiral diameter, pitch ,the shaft diameter of inlet orifice,the calculation and selection of the shafts, the middle hoist and the soiral axis were carried out.
In detal, motor is through the power of the screw conveyor to calculate and select, The gears in the reducer is calculated by the gear surface contact fatigue strength and chocked by the gear bottom bend fatigue strength ,I check the diameter of axle through the permissible bending stress
