摘要:国内煤矿机械设备常采用镀铬的方法来提高工件表面的耐磨性,本文在 27SiMn钢基体上制
—Fe合金镀层和硬铬镀层,利用显微硬度计、厚度仪等测试了硬铬和镍一铁-钨合金两种镀
层的硬度、厚度,并用摩擦磨损试验机测试了两种镀层的耐磨性能并分析了实验结果。实验结果表
明:在相同环境和试验条件下,热处理后的 ,且在一定载荷
范围内,其耐磨性能优于硬铬镀层。

Abstract:W—Ni—Fe alloy coating and hard chromium coating were prepared on surface of27SiMn rod
and hardness theof two coatingswere then the wearresistance of
the two coatings were tested with aandfriction wear testingresults showedthatun—
der the same circumstance and testconditions,hardness ofthe W—Ni—Fe alloy coating afterheattreatment
was equivalent to that of hard chromium coating,and the wear resistance of the heat treated W—Ni-Fe
alloy alloy coatingwas superior thattoofhard chromium coating within acertain load range.
