基于双边市场理论的平台企业行为与规制研究

摘要: 近年来,和各类平台企业相关的冲突不断,国美与格力、QQ 与 360、家乐福与康师傅是其
中的典型代表,运用双边市场理论研究平台企业的行为正成为热点话题。研究发现,传统的基于供求的
工商企业定价机制正在被平台企业的不对称定价机制所取代,平台企业的捆绑销售行为正在造就平台的
垄断倾向。所以,如何通过界定上述行为并最终综合运用市场和政府手段进行规制是研究的重点。
