摘要:
固定资产管理是电力企业资产管理的一项重要工作。合理使用固定资产,科学地对固定资产进行全面管理,特别是加强对固定资产利用情况的信息化管理与分析,对挖掘固定资产潜力,提高固定资产利用效果,增强企业活力,提高企业经济效益具有重要意义。本文对电力企业固定资产管理现状及存在的突出问题进行了分析,探讨了建立电力企业固定资产全面管理信息系统的思路和方法。论文在对电力企业固定资产管理业务需求进行详细分析的基础上,利用Visual 应用程序开发工具,设计开发了一套集固定资产系统管理、数据管理、制度管理、统计分析、查询打印等功能于一体的软件系统。本系统实现了对电力企业固定资产管理的规范化、现代化和信息化管理,提高了电力企业固定资产管理工作的质量和效率。

ABSTRACT
Management of fixed assets is an important work for assets management of power enterprise. Using fixed assets rationally, managing fixed assets scientifically, and especially strengthening the analysis of fixed assets utilization is of significant meaning in exploiting fixed assets potential, improving effectiveness of fixed assets utilization, invigorating enterprises and raising the economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper made an analysis of the management state and prominent problem existing in the power enterprise, explored thoughts and methods for establishing an overall management information system of the power enterprise’s fixed assets. On the basis of analyzing the detailed business requirement of power enterprise’s fixed assets management, we made use of the Visual application development tool to design and development a software system bined the functions of data management, system management, statistical analysis, inquiry and print. This system brought standardization, modernization and information management for the power enterprise’s fixed assets management, improved the quality and efficiency of the fixed assets management.
