摘要:非优势小专业医学生是一个特殊群体,在学校容易被忽略,也同样面临就业难。调查显示,非优势小专业医学生对当今医疗政策和社会需求认识不清,专业满意度不高、就业信心不足、期望值高。本研究着重分析导致这些现象出现的主要原因,并探讨解决方案,为高校改革提供依据。

The research of difficuilt employment of the non-dominant major of medical students

Abstruct: The non-dominant major of medical students as a special mass group are easy to be neglected, they are also facing the difficult employment. The research indicates that the non-dominant major of medical students can't be a clear understanding of today's health care policy and social needs, have low satisfaction of non-dominant major, are lack of confidence in employment and have high expectations of professional. This paper emphatically analyzes the main reasons of these phenomena, and make suggestions to raise the non-dominant major of medical students' employed rate, and provides the basis for the reform of colleges and universities.
