摘要
由于欧美国家进一步施加升值压力,2012年4月中国人民银行宣布银行间即期外汇市场人民币对美元交易价浮动幅度由千分之五扩大至百分之一,人民币升值的趋势仍在持续。对于对外经济贸易的发展,2012年12月份,我国进出口规模双双创历史新高。汇率作为外汇市场上各国货币相互交换的比价,是调节国际贸易的重要杠杆,对一甚至资源在世界范围内的配置都起到十分重要的作用。改革开放以来,随着我国对外开放程度的加大,我国经济的对外依存度也越来越高,把汇率与我国实际情况结合起来研究,分析汇率变动对我国进出口贸易的影响具有理论和现实的意义。通过对汇率变动对我国贸易收支和贸易结构的具体影响的分析,得出相应的结论:人民币汇率升值在一定程度上影响了我国的进出口贸易,促进了贸易结构的优化升级;但同时也要注意由汇率变动引发的其他因素的变动对经济的影响。然后依据所得结论提出相应的意见和建议。人民币汇率波动与贸易收支的关系问题一直存在着不同的结论,我希望这篇论文能在一定意义上对我国的对外贸易发展提供一定的参考。

Abstract
Due to the European and American countries further appreciation pressure, in 2012 April the people's Bank of China announced the inter-bank spot foreign exchange market, the yuan against the dollar from 5/1000 to one percent, RMB appreciation trend continues. For the development of foreign trade and economic cooperation in 2012 December, the size of a record high, both the import and export of china.
