摘要:以配备高压共轨燃油喷射系统的柴油机为基础,采用NI测试系统构建了共轨柴油机多次喷射性能试验台架,在此台架上,根据设计优化的喷射策略,开展了柴油机多次喷射对柴油机整机性能影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:利用共轨技术采用多次喷射对柴油机的排温最多下降50℃,噪声最多下降15dB,对碳烟排放也有明显改善。

Experimental study on the influences of CRS multi-injections to marine diesel engine

Abstract: Based on the marine diesel engine equipped mon rail system, the injecting strategies are designed. bustion and emission are analyzed with different injecting strategy. The results shows that multi-injection can increase power and decrease fuel consumption and decrease emission. The influences of multi-injection are tested in CR diesel engine test bed. The results shows that the diesel engine exhaust temperature decreased 50℃ and noises decreased 15dB and soot emission decreased obviously when equipped mon rail system .

1 引言
高压共轨系统由于其具有高度可控性和灵活性,既可实现喷射压力和喷射时刻的柔性控制,又可根据需要,利用共轨系统的灵敏性,采用预喷、后喷等多次喷射,达到控制排放、降低油耗的控制目标[1,2]。
采用多次喷射,对控制系统而言,增加了更多的控制参数,各参数的选取对燃烧机排放的影响各不相同,需要认真研究[3,4]。本文以配备共轨系统的柴油机为基础,采用NI测试系统构建了共轨柴油机多次喷射试验台架。在此台架上,根据设计优化的喷射策略,进行了柴油机的多次喷射对柴油机性能影响的试验研究。
2 试验台架构成
本研究是在安装了共轨系统的船用TBD234V6柴油机上进行的,测试发动机是经改装后,装备电控高
