摘要:介绍了一种基于分子印迹技术的用于检测爆炸物的传感器。首先用分子印迹技术制备的分子印迹聚合物作为传感器的识别元件,压电晶体作为转换元件,将识别元件固定到转换元件上制作分子印迹压电传感器,其次介绍了传感器输出信号的检测及处理电路的设计。最后给出了实验结果,实验结果表明该传感器具有良好的灵敏度和重复性,如对TNT检测限可达到10-6g。该传感器小巧轻便,有望用于机场、火车站等安检部门。

Explosives Detected System Based on Molecularly Imprinted Piezoelectric Sensor

Abstract:In order to detect explosives fastly and accurately, a kind of sensor based on Molecular Imprinting Technique (MIT) is introduced. Molecular Imprinted Polymer (MIPs) which are prepared by MIT can be used for sensor recognition element with the highly specific recognition property, and piezoelectric crystal used to be the conversion element, then fixing the recognition element to the conversion element making molecularly imprinted piezoelectric sensor. The detection of the sensor output signal and the design of its processing circuit are also introduced. This sensor has good selectivity and sensitivity of explosives molecules. The results show that the sensor has good sensitivity and repeatability, for TNT the detection limit can reach to 10-6g. The sensor is small and portable, which is expected to be used in airports, train stations and other security departments.
