摘要:为提高某复杂铅锌矿伴生银选矿指标,以CaCl2+LY-05组合药剂作为黄铁矿的抑制剂,ZnSO4作为锌矿物的抑制剂,乙硫氮+丁铵黑药作为铅矿物的捕收剂,在较低的矿浆pH值条件下采用抑锌浮铅优先浮选流程来实现铅锌分离并尽可能回收其中的银矿物。试验结果表明,%、%,银品位达到3200g/t、%,与原工艺相比,%,%;%、%,银品位达到230g/t、%,与原工艺相比,%,%。与原工艺相比,新工艺不仅大幅度提高了银的回收率,而且铅、锌精矿质量与回收率也得到了提高。
