摘要
经济日益发展和现代化科学管理方法的产生和运用,使得在企业经营管理过程中内部控制的作用愈加重要。内部控制的建立和完善,可以提高企业内部管理水平和企业竞争力。在当今全球经济联系日益密切和竞争尤为激烈的环境下,企业更应该极其重视和发挥内部控制的作用,以提高自身竞争力,这也是我们对它进行理论研究的重要原因之一。
本文采用理论联系实际的方法,以河南瑞贝卡发制品股份有限公司为例,详细阐述了企业内部控制的理论及其实际应用。文章总体上分成两大部分,即理论部分和案例部分。理论部分主要是介绍内部控制的概念及发展阶段、内部控制的内容、内部控制的作用以及对内部控制的评价。案例部分结合瑞贝卡公司的实际情况,主要从瑞贝卡公司内部控制情况、瑞贝卡公司内部控制监督体系以及对瑞贝卡公司内部控制的分析评价等方面详细介绍了瑞贝卡公司内部控制理论的实际应用。

Abstract
Economic development and the production and use of scientific management method make internal control e more important as a tool of modern business management. The establishment and improvement of internal control can improve the internal management and petitiveness. In today relation closer and petitive global economic environment, companies should pay particular attention to the role of internal control in order to improve their petitiveness to an invincible position in petition, while as this is one of the important reasons for our theoretical study.
In this paper, I use the theory plus practical ways to elaborate the internal control theory and its practical application of Henan a Hair Products Co., Ltd. Generally speaking the article is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a case part mainly introduces the concept of the development of internal control, the content of internal control and evaluation of internal control system. Then make an introduction of the practical application of internal control bined with the actual situation of Henan a Hair Products Co., Ltd.: mainly from the internal control of Henan a Hair Products Co., Ltd., the evaluation of internal control of Henan a Hair Products Co., Ltd. and management aspects of the internal details of the Henan a Hair Products Co., Ltd.
