摘要:本文描述了无缝钢管矫直机控制系统的设计和实现方法。该系统采
用PLC来实现矫直机的逻辑控制,同时采用西门子直流调速装置6RA70实
现矫直机的速度控制。通过安装在矫直机主传动电机轴上的绝对值偏码
器,检测该电机的转速值并将其反馈到直流调速装置,实现了矫直机速度
的闭环控制,以满足生产工艺的要求。

Abstract: The methods of design and implementation of the straightenercontrol
system for seamless steel tube are described in this paper. The PLC is used for
realizing the straightener's logic control. Meanwhile the Siemens DC speed
regulator 6RA70 is adopted for realizing the straightener's speed control in
the system. By means of the absolute encoder which is installed on the axis
of the straightener's main driving motor, the rotation speed value of the motor
is detected and it is fed back to the DC speed regulator to achieve the closed-
loop speed control for the straightener. Thus the requirements of the production
technology can be satisfied.

1 引言
无缝钢管是一种具有中空截面、周边没有接缝的圆形钢
材,无缝钢管是用钢锭坯料经加热穿孔后,制成毛管,然后经
热轧、冷轧或冷拨制成。无缝钢管生产工艺环节较多,热轧无
缝管的工艺过程为:圆管坯→加热→穿孔→三辊斜轧\连轧\挤
压→脱管→定径(或减径)→冷却→矫直→水压试验(或探
伤)→测长称重→标印→入库等工序,对轧制工艺参数的控制
要求较高。随着工艺、设备及自动控制装备水平的不断提高,
