摘要:鉴于目前我国节能减排的需求,总结了已有的关于轮胎式集装箱门式起重机的节能技术。轮胎式集
装箱门式起重机节能技术主要涉及电动机能量源选取、电动机功率匹配和能量回收三方面的问题。针对电
动机能量源问题运用了“油改电”方案;针对电动机输出功率与吊重需求功率不匹配问题运用了变频控制
技术;针对制动能量和吊重下降重力势能被白白浪费问题运用了混合动力技术。同时介绍了轮胎式集装箱
门式起重机节能技术在相关试点的节能效果,与传统的轮胎式集装箱门式起重机进行对比分析表明,轮胎
式集装箱门式起重机节能技术在节能减排方面体现了无比的优越性。

THE RESEARCH SUMMARY OF ENERGY-SAVING
TECHNOGY FOR THE RUBBER-TYRED CONTAINER

Abstract: Aimed at the demand of energy-saving and emission reduction in our country, the energy-saving
technology was summarized for, RTG, the rubber-typed container gantry crane. The energy-saving technology
involves three aspects for the RTG, and they are the selection of motor energy source, the power match for the
motor and the energy recovery. The scheme of changing oil to electric energy was used to solve the motor energy
source. The variable frequency technology was used to solve the mismatch between the output power for the motor
and the power needed by the hoisting weight. The hybrid power technology was used to solve the energy
dissipation. The energy dissipation was contributed by the braking energy and the gravitational potential energy
for the hoisting weight in the dropping process. At the same time, the energy-saving effect was introduced about
the RTG in the engineering project. The contrastive analysis was made between the RTG using the energy-saving
technology and the traditional RTG, which show the great superiority of the energy-saving technology.

前言
安全性和起重能力是起重机最重要的性能。在以往的起重机设计、制造和使用中,人们
一直将起重机的安全性能和起重能力放在最重要的位置,以至于低估了其他性能的重要程
度。近几年来,随着能源价格上涨和人们节能意识的提高,起重机的经济性能和环保性受到
越来越多人的重视。在保证起重机作业
