一株 DBP 高效降解菌的筛选及其降解特性

摘要:从污染土壤中筛选到 1 株能够以酞酸酯(Phthalic acid esters, PAEs)为唯一碳源和能源生长的微生物,命名
为 JDC-11,对其进行鉴定和降解特性研究,并考查不同葡萄糖浓度对其降解的影响。采用形态学、生理生化和
16S rDNA 序列分析进行鉴定。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定菌株 JDC-11 在摇瓶中对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)
的降解能力。研究结果表明:该菌株为 us sp.;最佳降解条件是温度为 30 ℃,初始 pH 值为 8. 0,转速
为 175 r/min,在此最佳条件下,JDC-11 能够在 24 h 内将 1 g/L DBP 完全降解,证明 JDC-11 是一株高效降解菌。
在降解过程中的前 12 h,葡萄糖的存在均抑制 DBP 的降解,12 h 后,200 mg/L 的葡萄糖仍抑制降解,而质量浓
度≥400 mg/L 的葡萄糖加速了 DBP 的降解效率。

Isolation and characterization of a highly efficient DBP-
degrading bacterium

Abstract: A bacterial strain which could grow well on the medium with the substrate of PAEs as the sole source of
carbon and energy was isolated from contaminated soil and it was designated as JDC-11. Then the bacterium was
identified and its degrading capability was studied. Effects of different glucose concentrations on DBP degradation were
also tested. Th
