棉产业作为新疆重要的支柱产业,棉花产量约占全国的三分之一,可是许多年来棉花的采集方式依旧是人工或机械对已开放的棉朵进行采集,这种采集方式有许多的制约条件,并且使用了大量的劳动力,对不同的区域而言,此种采集方式也会造成大量的浪费,许多为开棉桃因不能及时收回造成丢弃,浪费,导致棉花减产,造成承包户收入下降。对未开放的棉桃进行回收,破壳,已达到从棉桃收获到籽棉分离的新型收获方式已成为增加棉花产量的又一手段,能够更好地减轻劳动力要求,降低成本。
本文介绍了一种棉桃破壳机,主要由挤压破壳装置、和输送装置等部分组成。它将未吐絮的棉桃机器采摘后进行破壳,获得品质良好的籽棉。机具具有工作可靠、破壳率高、结构简单和使用方便等特点,能够满足棉桃破壳的工艺要求,达到良好的破壳效果。
