摘要:本设计是琴岛学院宿舍楼设计。考虑建筑布置的要求,结构选型选择框架结构。结构布置尽量满足简单、实用和耐久三方面的要求。设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计。其中建筑设计根据宿舍楼使用要求、自然条件、建筑造型及建筑功能和布置的需要进行平面布置和空间组织;结构设计包括结构选型,结构布置,梁、板、柱、基础的配筋计算,结合PKPM和天正等软件对计算结构进行验算与调整。

Abstract: This is a design about Qindao College dormitory. Taking the requirement of architectural distributions into consideration, the frame structure was chose. The structural distributions try to meet the requirements in 3 aspects of simple, practical and durability. The design posed of architectural design and structural design. Architectural design carries out plan assign and anizing according to requirement of use, natural conditions, constructional model, function and collocation; The structural design includes the selection of structure, the layout of the structure, matching the muscle to calculate of roof beam, board, column, foundation and carries out checking and adjustment of the structure with PKPM and the Aarch8 software.

第一章建筑设计
该工程为琴岛学院学生宿舍楼,建设地点山东省青岛市城阳区,,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,抗震设防烈度6度,框架抗震等级为四级,地面粗糙度B 类。
建筑物的平、立、剖面图,是其在不同方向的外形及剖切面的投影,建筑设计中将二维的平、立、剖面综合在一起,用来表达建筑物的三维空间。
建筑平面通常最能表达建筑的功能要求,平面设计不仅表达了建筑物在水平方向各部分之间的组合关系,又能反应各建筑空间与围合它们的垂直构件之间的联系,因此,平面设计中,始终需要从建筑整体空间组合的效果来考虑问题。
本设计为学生宿舍楼,主要使用部分为学生寝室,并辅以自面中,宿舍房间为矩形,较为规整,建筑两端各有一个楼梯。底层靠近正门门厅处的房间设为管理员办公室,以上各层两端为自时学习。
