摘要
利他行为是指以他人的利益为出发点的无私行为。影响利他行为的因素很多,
这些因素对利他行为的作用机制尚未能形成一致的系统的结论。道德价值观是心
理学家一直致力于探讨和研究的领域,自我概念是大学生的人格发展中一个重要
的方面,不容忽视。本研究试图探讨大学生道德价值观、自我概念与利他行为之
间的关系。
在访谈的基础上编制大学生利他行为自评问卷,通过预测以及对预测问卷的分
析进一步修订并编制了正式问卷。然后随机选取了武汉地区 8 所高校的大学生总
共 850 名作为问卷调查的对象,通过调查以及对数据的分析发现:
(1)大学生利他行为问卷包含 5 个因子,分别是:利他行为责任性、尊重和
关心他人、关心和关注自己、利他行为表现、利己性行为与观念。编制的利他行
为问卷具有较好的信度和结构效度。
(2)通过多元回归和路径分析验证和探究了大学生的道德价值观、自我概念
和利他行为之间的相关关系。
(3)不同类别的大学生在利他行为和道德价值观上呈现出一定程度的差异性。
(4)通过多元回归和路径分析发现,道德价值观对利他行为有显著预测作用,
所建立的最优回归模型中,道德价值观的利己性、公德、个人美德三个因子以及
自我概念能联合解释大学生利他行为 %的变异量,其中,利己性因子的预测力
最佳。

Abstract
Altruistic behavior , which indicates self-giving behavior. There are many factors
which can affect altruistic behavior, but there isn’t an unified conclusion about the
function mechanism how these actors affect the altruistic behavior. Moral value is also a
discussed and studied field is eternally unchanging. Self-concept is an important aspect
which belong to human development, so we can not ignore it. We try to probe into the
relationship between moral value, self-concept and altruistic behavior of college
students.
We used survey investigation, organized glossary of college students altruistic
behavior. on the basis of pre-survey, and analyze the data of pre-survey questionnaire,
and then we edit and work out the formal questionnaire about the altruistic behavior of
college students. We take descriptive statistics, factor analysis and variance analysis of
850 questionnaire. What we have found which via investigation and analysis of data as
follows:
(1) The altruistic behavior of college students posed of 5 factors and 22
themes. The factors are responsibility of altruistic behavior, respecting and concerning
other people, self-regarding and self concerning, idiographic manifestation of altruistic
behavior, behavior and concept of egoism. And the questionnaire we have worked out
