摘要
随着国际经济一体化进程的加快, 关税壁垒和传统非关税壁垒在国际贸易中的作用逐步削弱。与此同时, 名目繁多的新型贸易壁垒陆续应运而生。继技术性贸易壁垒、绿色贸易壁垒之后,蓝色贸易壁垒的出现再次成为国际社会关注的焦点。蓝色壁垒作为一种新型的贸易壁垒,其核心是SA8000标准。文章从蓝色贸易壁垒的产生原因入手,探讨蓝色贸易壁垒及SA8000对对我国企业在国际竞争力方面的正面和负面影响,提出我国应该以积极的姿态面对蓝色贸易壁垒,从经济层面,法律层面,以及社会责任层面制定各种切实可行的战略策略。长远来看,我国应该采取积极瞬姿态加强对蓝色壁垒的研究和分析,为我国外贸的长远发展制定切实可行的战略策略。

Blue trade barriers on China's export trade influence and research countermeasures

As the economic globalization, the tariff barriers and traditional non-tariff barriers in the role of international trade gradually weakened. At the same time, various kinds of new trade barriers have emerged. Blue barriers as a new trade barriers, its core is SA8000 standard. This article from the blue trade barriers, discusses the causes of the blue trade barriers and to our country enterprise in international petitiveness, the positive and negative effects in China is put forward in a positive attitude should face blue trade barriers, from the economic level, legal levels, and social responsibility levels making the practical and feasible strategies strategy. In the long run, China should take positive attitude to strengthen the transient blue barriers of research and analysis, for the long-term development of the our country foreign trade to develop practical and feasible strategies strategy.
