摘要
自我国加入世贸组织以来,国际市场大门的敞开给我国品种丰富、成本低廉的农产品走出国门创造了良好的历史机遇,但在此过程中也遇到了各种各样的困难。随着国际经济一体化的发展,传统的关税壁垒日益削减,绿色贸易壁垒以其鲜明的时代特征成为国际贸易发展的主要关卡。国际上非关税贸易壁垒特别是绿色贸易壁垒的强化,西方发达国家为保护本国市场,借环保之名行贸易保护之实,筑起绿色贸易壁垒,对我国农产品的出口构成巨大的挑战,严重阻碍了我国农产品的出口。从绿色壁垒产生的条件及特点出发,分析了其对我国农产品出口的影响,并对我国农业如何突破绿色贸易壁提出一些对策和建议。

Abstract
Since China's accession to the WTO, the international market in our country in the gate open varieties, low cost of agricultural products out of the country to create a good historical opportunity, but in the process also met with all kinds of difficulties. Along with the development of international economic integration, the traditional tariff barriers increasingly cut, green trade barriers with its distinct features of The Times of the development of international trade e major hurdles. Non-tariff barriers to trade, especially on international the strengthening of the green trade barriers, the western developed countries to protect domestic market, by the name of environmental protection trade protection in reality, and built the green trade barriers, to China agricultural exports constitute a huge challenge, seriously hindered the export of agricultural products in China. From the green barriers produced conditions and characteristics, analyses the influence on Chinese exported farm produce, and of agriculture in our country to break through the green trade wall puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
