摘要:分析了异步电机直接转矩控制控制理论;提出了一种利用电机定子电压电流,采用新型的混合型定子磁链观测器来辨识异步电机速度的方法;介绍了一种基于TMS320LF2407A型DSP的无速度传感器的直接转矩控制系统实现方案,通过硬件和软件设计,实现了对异步电动机的控制。系统采用TMS320LF2407A构成核心电路,以智能功率模块6MBP50RA060构成逆变器主电路,方案合理、结构紧凑。实验结果表明,该系统具有动态响应快、调速范围广、可靠性高等特点。

Sensorless Direct Torque Control System of Asynchronous Motor based on DSP

Abstract:This paper analyzes the Direct Torque Control(DTC) theory. It presents a method of speed identification of asynchronous motor by measured motor stator voltage and current with equipment of new flux observer, and introduces a speed sensorless direct torque control scheme based on TMS320LF2407A. By the design of its hardware and software, the direct torque control for asynchronous motor is implemented. The key control part of system is consisted of TI DSP TMS320LF2407A, and main power part is made up of IPM 6MBP50RA060. The experiment results show that the system has very quick dynamic response, wide speed regulating scope and high reliability.
