内容提要
中国股市是改革开放的产物,经过十几年的发展,已经取得了一定的成绩,而且随着中国经济的飞速发展,中国股市的发展前景必定不可限量。但是我们也不能够盲目乐观,现在中国经济的发展与全球经济的发展已经密不可分,因我们就应该把中国股市的发展放在全球竞争的背景下,中国股市想要发展的更快更稳、更好,这个挑战是非常严峻的。本文从中国股票市场的机制、上市公司、证券中介机构和股票投资者、证券法规等方面全面分析了我国股票市场存在的问题,并且在文章中提出了解决的对策:包括建立科学的市场发展机制、调整上市公司行为、加强市场监管及调整上市公司股权结构、抑制过度投机行为、健全股票市场法律法规等。

Abstracts
China's reform and opening up markets, after 10 years of development, has achieved good results. And with China's economic development, China's stock market prospect. But the Chinese stock market, currently under the background of petition in China's stock market to develop , the challenge is very severe. In this paper, the mechanism of the Chinese stock market panies, securities intermediaries, and stock investors, securities regulations, prehensive analysis of the problems of China's stock market, and the countermeasures in the article: including the establishment of the scientific development of the market mechanismadjust the behavior of panies, strengthen market supervision and adjustment of the ownership structure of panies to curb excessive speculation, improve laws and regulations of the stock market
