交通实时监控系统的设计与实现
摘要
我国改革开放的前沿,为适应经济的迅速发展,交通基础设施建设也取得了丰硕的成果。但是城市监控系统仍然存在着一些关键性的问题需要解决。为提高整个城市交通的运营效益,提高服务水平,对路网运营管理提出了更高的要求。车辆安全监控管理系统不但可以为有关单位及个人对其拥有的车辆实施动态控制,提高调度管理能力,还可以协助公安部门提高打击犯罪活动、处理突发事件的快速反应能力。车辆安全监控管理系统不但可以为有关单位及个人对其拥有的车辆实施动态控制,提高调度管理能力,还可以协助公安部门提高打击犯罪活动、处理突发事件的快速反应能力。为完成上述工作,在系统开发中研究和采用了一些新方法和新技术,较好地完成了系统的设计和开发工作。本系统主要研究和采用了以下开发方法与技术:GoogleGIS,Oracle11g,Flex4,Spring3,MyBatis,FusionCharts,XML。

The Design and Implementation of Traffic Real-time Monitoring System
Abstract
China's reform and opening up forward, in order to adapt to the rapid development of economy, the traffic infrastructure construction has achieved fruitful results. But the city monitoring system still exist some key problems to be solved. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the city traffic, improve service levels, to work operation and management has put forward higher requirements. Vehicle safety monitoring management system can not only provide the relevant units and individuals have the vehicle dynamic control, improve the management ability, can also departments to bat crime, dealing with emergency quick response ability. For pletion of the work, in the system development research and adopt some new methods and new technology, better land finished the system design and development. This system is mainly studied and adopted the following developing method and technology:GoogleGIS, Oracle11g,Flex4 ,Spring3, MyBatis , FusionCharts, XML.
