摘要:[目的]:为了了解河北石家庄市青同镇鸡群的生产状况及鸡白痢沙门菌感染现状,对该地区进行流行病学调查。[方法]:随机选取不同村的20 个养鸡户,采集血清100份,采用血清平板凝集试验、细菌分离进行鉴定,并应用药敏试验、尸体剖检和动物治疗试验。[结果]:河北石家庄市青同镇鸡白痢沙门菌感染严重, 阳性率为30 % , 其中父母代鸡户3个,血清20 份,阳性率为20%,商品代鸡户17个,血清80份,阳性率为 30 % ,商品代鸡户的鸡比父母代鸡户的鸡阳性率高出10 %。调查表明鸡白痢沙门氏菌病在小规模养殖场的发生呈现出了上升的趋势,但养殖户对鸡白痢的检疫并不是很重视,而是淘汰病鸡,如果鸡不出现明显的病变就不会进行检疫。[结论]:河北石家庄市青同镇鸡白痢沙门氏菌病普遍流行,危害相当严重。

Abstract:
In order to understand The Daying town of the Shi jia zhuang City, Hebei Province about the production of chickens and current situation about the Infection status of the pullorum salmonella, To carry out epidemiological investigations in this region. Randomly select the different of the 20 villages of the Chicken farming family, to adopt the 100 serum, to use the Serum plate- agglutination test, to determine the Isolation of bacteria , to use the Sensitivity test, the Autopsy and Animal treatment trials.
