摘要
加工中心是备有刀库,并能自动更换刀具,对工件进行多工序加工的数字控制机床。工件经一次装夹后,数字控制系统能控制机床按不同工序,自动选择和更换刀具,自动改变机床主轴转速、进给量和刀具相对工件的运动轨迹及其他辅助机能,依次完成工件几个面上多工序的加工。加工中心由于工序的集中和自动换刀,减少了工件的装夹。
本文在介绍了数控加工中心的特点后,将着重对数控加工中心刀库及自动换刀机械手进行设计。通过收集资料和相关公式的获取和应用确定设计方案并进行设计:设计的刀库及机械手在工件一次装夹后,由数控系统控制,可连续的完成铣、钻、铰、扩攻螺纹等多种工序加工,故适用小型板类、盘类、壳体类、模具等零件加工。具体布局为刀库位于立柱的一侧,中间安装机械手控制箱,机械手的长度为主轴轴心线到刀库的刀具换刀位置之间的距离。换刀机械手为单臂双爪回转式机械手。

ABSTRACT
Machining Center has cutter storehouse and can change cutter automatically. It is a numerical control machine which can do the multiple work processing. After a work piece fixture, numerical control system can select and change cutter, changes spindle speed, feed rate and related cutter trajectory, finishes manufacturing to different facets. Machining center has concentrated process and the function of automatic cutter changing, so as to reduce the work piece fixture.
In this paper, after indicating the features of NC machining center, emphasizes the design on cutter storehouse and automatic manipulator C machining center. Through the collection of information and related formulas, the design has been plished. After the work piece is fixed, the machine can finish milling, drilling, reaming, trapping and other process under the control C system, which is suitable for processing board, plate, and shell body. The specific layout of the center is as follows. Cutter storehouse is at the left of column, the manipulator control box is in the middle, which has the same length from spindle axis to ATC.
