摘要
本文讨论了知识管理工具可重构性的意义介绍了当前知识管理研
究的热点和主要技术包括本体基于案例推理和等给出基于本
体和案例推理技术的可重构知识管理系统框架模型本文首先概述了其
设计思想并对其各个组成部分进行了阐述随后对该模型中的以下关
键技术进行深入讨论
Ø 多类型知识集成
研究产品研制过程中多种知识组件包括实例对象约束规则多
媒体文档等的表示与融合技术研究知识组件的共性描述即与领域本
体的关系提出知识组件组件模板及其与领域本体的关系模型提出
多知识组件的统一融合的检索推理方法
Ø 基于案例的相似性检索
研究如何在检索条件不明确的情况下提高检索的准确度讨论了相
似关键词映射设置检索条件权重等提高检索性能的方法对基于特征
向量间欧氏空间距离进行相似检索模型进行了改进扩充
Ø 基于知识模板的界面客户化定制
研究如何在知识类别及结构可变的情况下灵活调整知识检索显示界
面在实现知识结构可定制的基础上通过知识处理模板进一步达到界
面的用户可定制化加强该知识管理框架的可重构性解决可重构带来

的实用性问题
Ø 知识管理系统中的权限管理
研究在可重构知识管理框架下的权限管理模式提出一种以基于角
色的权限管理为主的知识仓库系统权限管理方法重点解决现有权限管
理方法适用情况限制的问题使之在被管理对象灵活可变以及可重构系
统应用到不同企业要面对不同管理要求的情况下比传统基于角色管理
的模型有更高的适用性
最后介绍了基于本体和案例的可重构知识管理模型的应用实例

Abstract
This thesis analyzes importance of reconfiguration of knowledge
management systems, and give a general introduction of key technology of
the current research on knowledge management. Then an
Ontology-and-Case-Based Reconfigurable Knowledge Management System
Model is proposed. Its design methodology and a detailed expansion for every
component module of this model is given. The following issues are several
key techniques in the model mentioned above, which are deeply discussed in
this thesis.
Ø Integration of Multi-type Knowledge
Integration of multi-type ponents in product-designing
process, including instance objects, restriction regulation, multi-media
documents, is researched on. And a unified representation and reasoning
method based on ontology for multi-type ponents is proposed.
Ø Similarity-based Retrieval for Case Knowledge
Several methods to increase retrieval ability such as definition of similar
retrieval key words and setting of weight for retrieval conditions are given.
And improvement and extension for Euclidean-Distance-based retrieval
