小型旋耕机的总体设计
摘要
本文在广泛搜集资料的基础上,对国内外旋耕机的研究现状进行分析和对比,论证了重要机械小型旋耕机的设计方案,重点进行了发动机的选择,变速器的设计,部分零件的设计以及对旋耕刀轴的设计等。
该机设计耕深可达到20cm,由发动机输出动力经变速箱传递给刀辊,变速箱有三个挡位可供选择,刀辊驱动装置下方安装有v型犁铲。其主要特点:尺寸小、操作便捷、功率大、耕深易调节等。同时,本机可以实现一机多用的功能,能够解决以往小型旋耕机功率小、结构复杂、操作麻烦、耕深浅等问题。

Mini-Cultivator Used for Vegetable Greenhouse
Abstract
The mini-cultivator used for the vegetable greenhouse is put forward higher requirement with developing quickly of the planting industry of vegetable greenhouse in China. In this paper, the cultivator, one of the important small agricultural machines, is designed based paring and researching the developing situation of cultivator at home and abroad. The design includes the choice of motor, the choice of transmission, the design of some parts and the design of the cultivator knife-axis etc.
The plowing depth of the cultivator can be controlled to 20 cm, and the outgoing power is from engineering to the gearbox, after that be transferred to the knife roll, and there are 3 gear switches on the cultivator. Its main characteristics are small size, easy operation, enough power, controllable depth and can ess the multi-function. The cultivator designed in the paper can e the problems of small-power , complex structure, trouble operation, low plowing depth etc.
