政府导向型创业投资引导基金绩效评价指标体系研究

摘要我国政府设立创业投资引导基金对于弥补我国市场缺陷、推动创业投资产业的发展,具有重要的现实意
义。政府导向型创业投资引导基金的绩效考核评价指标体系必须体现其政策效应,具体包括政策产业导向指标、
政策支持方向指标、杠杆效应指标、基金价值指标及风险控制指标。界定指标及定量计算为量化考核提供依据。
本指标体系设计可用于政府导向型创业投资引导基金运作绩效的考核。
