摘要
在汉正街传统街区的城市空间中,存在着许多衔接道路与建筑、连接居民的日
常生活和公共交往的户外空间——“隙间”。通过对隙间的研究,以了解城市物质
空间与居民的日常生活、公共交往的相互关系以及其中的特点和规律,为汉正街传
统街区更新策略的探索提供依据。
研究主要包括两个阶段的调查与分析:第一阶段侧重了解研究区域内所有隙间
的分布和基本特征。第二阶段选取其中九例隙间个案,对其空间状况、周围环境信
息和人的活动进行了详细的调查和分析。
通过这两阶段的调研和分析,总结出影响汉正街传统街区的隙间中人的活动的
主要因素为:隙间与道路的关系,也就是隙间对于道路的可进入性以及从怎样的道
路进入隙间;隙间与建筑的关系,也就是隙间的物理空间特征以及隙间对于建筑的
可进入性;隙间周围的环境,也就是隙间周围建筑的功能和居民的生活状态。
最后本文为汉正街区域城市和建筑的更新策略提供以下建议:一,规划路网中
尽量划分出面积适中的、适宜人步行和居住的地块;二,建筑物的规模适当,可参
照那些较小尺度的传统建筑;三,在新的道路系统和新的建筑之间、甚至在新的建
筑中创造一些小尺度的、容纳居民生活和交往的户外空间;四,这些户外空间应该
是尺度人性化、配备必要的设施、空间布局具有向心性的积极空间。

Abstract
Interspaces, as an important part of urban space in the traditional area of Hanzheng
Jie, joining the roads and the buildings, moreover, they link the domestic life of residents
and the munications. By doing the research on interspaces, this article
aims prehend the interactive relationship between urban space and residents’ daily
lives with public intercourse, and to find out the trait and rule in the relationship in order
to make the guideline to the renovation of traditional area of Hanzheng Jie after this
research.
The research mainly includes two parts of investigations and analysis: the first stage
emphasize particularly on the layout of the interspaces and their elementary information;
in the second stage nine cases of the interspaces were chosen to be studied on with more
details of their physical space , environmental information and residents’ activity.
On the investigation and analysis of the two basic stages, by the observation and
analysis of the physical and social space environment; associated with the related research
theory, we reveal the factors which support the daily life in interspaces of the Hanzhenjie
as follows: the relationship between interspaces and streets, the relationship between
interspaces and buildings.
In the end of this article, suggestions on the policy of the renewal of traditional area
of Hanzheng Ji
