改革开放三十多年,中国经济、社会发生了巨大的变化,无论是综合国力还是人
民生活水平都有了显著的提高。与此同时,中国的贫富差距却在加大,基尼系数甚至
超过了国际警戒线。经济方面的不平等延伸到教育上,使得教育不公平现象凸显。城
乡之间,地区之间,阶层之间在教育资源、教育机会等方面发展的不均衡危及到了社
会最基本的公平底线,引发民众不满,不利于社会和谐。针对这一现象,要求我们从
理论上、从本质上关注教育公平问题。
人的发展是哲学史上永恒的主题,而且人的发展是一个不断提高,永无止境的历
史过程。中国正处在大变革大发展的时代,人的发展问题更是不容忽视。
教育是人的发展的起点。教育公平是实现社会公平的重要手段和途径,是社会公
平的基础,同时也是人的发展的基础和保障。本文主要通过对公平、教育公平以及人
的发展等相关概念的剖析,针对中国目前的教育不公平现象,依据马克思主义哲学的
世界观和方法论及马克思主义关于人的全面自由发展理论分析我国当前教育不公平
现象产生的深层原因:经济方面的生产力比较落后,体制方面的教育制度的不健全、
不完善,文化方面的封建传统观念的影响等。在分析原因的基础上论证教育基本结构
的正当性,并将其运用到分析教育实践及人的发展的过程之中,同时找出解决问题的
方法和措施。最终实现以教育公平促进人的发展,以人的发展进程,推动教育公平的
发展,并努力追求充满教育公平的社会境界。

C hina has been reform ed and op ened up for 30 years, and great ch an ges have been
taken placed in society. B oth prehensive national strength and the level of people's
life have been im proved. M eanw hile, the gap betw een rich an d poor has increased, and the
G ini coefficient is even m ore than th e international cordon . T he inequality in econom y
ex tends to education , w h ich h ighligh ts the unfair in education . T here is im balan ce of
education resources and opportunities betw een urban and rural areas, and am ong different
regions and classes. T he im balance endangers the basic social justice, causing popular
discontent and against social harm on y. F ocused on the ph enom enon, w e are asked to
