摘要
论文通过分析现阶段我国钢铁工业的发展前景,说明现阶段我国钢铁新城建设
的必然性。进而分析现阶段我国钢铁城的类型、特点、与相关城市的关系和存在的
问题,并依据钢铁城的特殊性相应地提出现阶段我国钢铁新城的微观选址、规划布
局、综合交通规划、防护林带设置和基础设施规划等一系列重点问题的解决方法。
本论文共分为六个部分。
第一部分为绪论,主要介绍了研究的背景、意义、方法、内容框架,并界定了
“现阶段”、“钢铁工业城”、“钢铁新城”三个概念。
第二部分分析了现阶段我国钢铁工业及钢铁新城的发展前景,旨在说明现阶段
我国钢铁新城产生的必然性。
第三部分是现阶段我国钢铁城的相关研究,这是本论文的主体部分。其依据钢铁
城选址的决定因素对我国钢铁城进行了归类;进一步深入分析现阶段我国钢铁城的特
点和分布;并着重剖析了钢铁城与相关城市的依托、经济、社会、空间、交通以及基
础设施等关系。同时简单分析了现阶段我国钢铁城存在的规划问题。
第四部分探讨了现阶段我国钢铁新城的微观选址问题。主要从资源条件、自然
条件、城市依托条件三个方面进行分析。
第五部分探讨了钢铁新城的规划布局、综合交通规划、防护林带设置以及基础
设施规划等钢铁城的规划问题。这些问题是在分析我国的钢铁城的相关研究上,以
及为解决现阶段我国钢铁城存在的问题而相应提出的。其内容着重于钢铁新城别于
其它工矿城市、综合性城市的特殊性方面。
第六部分为结语。概括了本论文的内容,并指出了论文中函待解决的不足。

Abstract
Through analysing the prospect of the steel and iron industry of our country at the
present stage, this thesis draws conclusion that the construction of the new steel city of our
country is inevitable. Further analysing the sort , the characteristic , relation with relevant
city and existing problems of the steel city of our country at the present stage, according to
the uniquity of the steel city , the thesis subsequently proposes some ways to resolve a
series of key problems . the site selection of a new steel city ,over-all urban layout ,
general traffic planning, setting up of shelter belt, infrastructure planning, reconstruct and
enlargement planning.
This thesis is divided into six parts.
First part is about background , meaning , method , frame of the main introduction
studies, also has clarified three concepts including ‘the present stage’, ‘a city of steel and
iron industry’ as well as ‘a new city of steel and iron industry’.
Second part analyses the prospect of the steel and iron industry of our country and the
background of the new steel city’ emergence at the present stage, to the end , demostrating
the inevitabityof the of new steel city’ emergence of our country at the present stage.
The third part
