摘要:住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,医学教育全球化的发展对住院医师规范化培训也提出了更高的要求。本文对我国住院医师规范化培训的运行现状和存在的问题作以总结,并对未来的改进方向和目标提出了建议。

[Abstract] Standardized training of residents is an important part of medical education in graduating medical students, the globalization of the medical education also put forward higher requirements to standardized training of residents. In this paper, the current situation and problems during the running of standardized training of residents were summarized, the future directions and goals of the improvement suggestions were also discussed.

随着医学科学的发展以及群众生活水平的提高,我国医疗服务质量面临着新的挑战。社会对于医务工作者的能力和素质等各个方面都提出了新的要求。住院医师是我国医疗体系中最基础最广大的医疗服务群体,其临床水平的高低对医疗服务质量有直接的影响。住院医师规范化培训制度的着力于提高我和医疗服务质量,是我国医疗体制改革的重要举措之一。
