摘要
中小学教务管理系统辅助学校教务人员完成日常工作中涉及学籍管理、课程编排和成绩管理这三项日常比较繁重的工作。它利用计算机在数据处理和数据整理保存方面的优异性能,帮助工作人员提高工作效率、减少出错情况。同时还能提供快速的查询检索功能以及按要求进行报表打印的功能。
在开发本系统的过程中本着以下思想进行设计:
1. 尽量采用学校现有软硬件环境,及先进的管理系统开发方案,从而达到充分利用学校现有资源,提高系统开发水平和应用效果的目的。
2. 系统应符合学校教务管理系统的规定,满足对学校教务工作的需要,并达到操作过程中的直观、方便、实用、安全等要求。
3. 系统采用模块化程序设计方法,既便于系统功能的各种组合和修改,又便于未参与开发的技术维护人员补充,维护。
4. 系统应具备数据库维护功能,及时根据拥护需求进行数据的添加、删除、修改、备份等操作。
本文主要讲述了中小学教务管理系统的开发流程、设计方案、ESS 2003在实现过程中用到的技术和方法。

Abstract
Primary and secondary school educational administration management system assistants school educational administration personnel involved in day-to-day student management, the course layout and performance management of these three parison heavy work. It uses puter in data processing and data sorting preserve aspects of excellent performance, helping staff improve work efficiency, reduce error conditions. While providing fast query and search functions and reports as required for the printing function.
In the development process of this system is designed in lines with the following thoughts:
1. Try using existing school hardware and software environment, and advanced management system development program, so as to achieve full use of existing school resources, and improve the system development level and application effect.
2. This System should conform to the provisions of the school educational administration management system to meet the needs of school educational administration work and achieve operational process intuitive, convenient and practical, security requirements.
3. This system adopts modularization program design method which can facilitate the system binations of and amendments to the contract. Besides, it facilitates those who don’t participated in the system development.
4. This system should have the database maintenance functions. Timely according to support demand data add, delete, modify, back-up operation.
