包钢尾矿萤石综合回收选矿工艺研究
摘要
白云鄂博矿是世界上罕见的以铁、稀土、铌为主的大型多金属共生的矿床。矿石类型多,多种矿物间共生关系密切,嵌布粒度细小,呈“贫、杂、多、细”四大特征。包钢尾矿量巨大,尾矿中萤石含量较高,约含23%,矿石单体解离度较好。目前很多部门都对尾矿的综合利用做过很多研究,也取得了很多进展。本研究根据包钢尾矿的特点及萤石选矿特点,采用常规的选矿技术对包钢尾矿进行了工艺矿物学以及萤石浮选工艺试验研究为萤石的回收提供了技术上可行、经济上合理的工艺流程和工艺条件。同时,为我国萤石尾矿的萤石开发研究提供参考,解决我国萤石资源综合利用的现状。%以上,%,可以达到工业生产的标准。

Study on Technology of Fluorite’prehensive Recovery from tailings in Bao Tou Steel
Abstract
Baiyun Obo mine is a world’s rare large-scale polymetal-associated deposit, which is primarily rich in iron, fluorite, niobium and have "lean, complex, multiple, fine" four characteristics. Baotou Steel huge quantity of tailings,High content of fluorite tailings,Contains about 23%, ore monomer dissociation degree is better. At present, many departments have done a lot of prehensive utilization of the tailings study, also made a lot of progress. In this study, according to the characteristics of Baotou and fluorite mineral tailings characteristics,using conventional Mineral processing technology conducted on Baotou Steel tailings fluorite flotation process mineralogy and Experimental Research,simultaneously propose technically feasible and economically reasonable technical process and the technological conditions. At the same time, it provides the reference for our country's fluorite development research so as to solve present situation of prehensive utilization.
