摘要
我国目前处于市场经济体制下,某高压电器研究所身处这个日益扩张的庞大市场中,要想生存以及取得进一步发展,就必须要加强管理,同时制定科学的排产计划,使企业在竞争中获得尽可能大的收益。
本报告通过分析市场的数据,了解研究所所能提供的条件,建立了一个符合所有条件的整数线性规划模型,力求使企业获得更大收益。通过综合运用Excel,Lingo等软件对问题进行求解和灵敏度分析。将最优方案提供给企业帮助其在实际条件下进行科学合理的排产。同时给企业提供一些实用的建议,使其能在多变的市场环境下更灵活的调整排产策略。
模型的最优解可以指导企业进行排产,灵敏度报告帮助企业对市场变化作出正确的反应。

Abstract
Based on the socialist market economy system,the High-Voltage Appliance Research Institute must strengthens its management in order to get a further development and has petitive status in ,the electrical institute should formulate the program scheduling to gain the benefits as large considerable as possible through petition.
After making an explicit analysis of the statistics of the market and understanding the condition which the institute can provide with,our team estalishes an integer linear programming model aiming to make larger profits for the this way ,we prehensively software like Excel,Lingo and so forth to solve the problem and obtain the sensitivity the help of the optimum scheme and some pratical advice,pany can adjust the strategies with ease in the changing society.
The optimum solution can instruct the business to plan the production
,while the sensitivity analysis takes an indispensible roll in making accurate response to the changeable market.

第一章绪论
某高压电器研究所属行业归口所,是国家高压电器试验检测中心,每年都有大量的产品试验、中试、出口商检等任务。试验计划安排及实施的过程一般如下:
·提前一个月接受委托试验申请
·按申请的高压电器类别及台数编制下月计划
·按计划调度,试验产品进入试验现场
·试验检测,出检测报告
·试验完成,撤出现场
高压电器试验分强电流试验和高压电试验两部分,该研究所承担的强电流实验任务繁重,委托试验的电器量很大,因此科学地计划安排试验计划显得非常
