摘要
信息化社会的飞速发展对当今企业的管理提出了更高的要求,ERP(Enterprise
Resource Planning)是现代企业管理思想与计算机应用技术的高度结合,是企业信息
化发展的重要方向,它构成了现代企业信息化的核心内容。通过 ERP 系统的实施,
可以大大提高管理水平,增强企业活力。
水电工程建设属于一个庞大而复杂的系统工程,持续时间长,工程建设期间不
确定因素多,其物流系统具有很强的随机性,这为其物流管理带来了难度。而目前
国内水电工程的综合物流管理大多仍停留在效率低、成本高的简单供应阶段,直接
制约了工程的进度、质量、投资三大控制的有效实施。因此,在水电工程建设的物
流管理中引入必要的 ERP 技术,会极大的改进工程建设物流管理工作,为企业带来
效益。
本文详细地介绍了如何实现水电工程建设物流管理工作的信息化――建立基于
ERP 的工程建设物流信息系统。首先介绍了 ERP 的发展历程、功能模块和实施步骤;
接着对水电工程建设的物流环境进行了概述,分析了水电工程建设物资供应的业务
流程,并给出了调运的决策模型;以此模型为核心,设计了基于 ERP 的综合物流管
理系统――MDTS,给出了实现方案;在本文的末尾,给出了本系统的总结,并对未
来的研究进行了展望。本文中所实现的系统对保障工程建设的质量和工期,节约水
利水电工程建设投资,提高工程的整体经济效益具有重要意义。

Abstract
The rapid development of information society requires more efficient management to
modern enterprises. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an bination of
modern business management ideas puter technology. It is the main direction of
enterprises information development, which makes the core jobs of modern enterprises in
information development. Using ERP in enterprises can improve the level of management
and enhance the energy of enterprises, and make the enterprises more effective.
Hydropower project is huge plicated system engineering. There are so many
uncertain factors in the long construction term that the logistic system is randomicity
strongly, which makes the supply management of the materials more difficult. Now, in
China, there isn’t embedded research on logistic management in hydropower project. So,
bring ERP into logistic management of hydropower project will consequently improve the
supply work, and bring more benefits to enterprises.
This thesis introduces the realization of introducing information technology into the
logistic management of hydropower project—building an ERP based logistics system for
large-scale hydropower project. First, the development processes of ERP, its functions and
the steps of realization
