摘要
管理信息系统的开发是一项复杂的系统工程,它涉及面广,包括技术、管理业
务、组织和行为。近十几年,人们探索和发展了许多指导管理信息系统开发的理论
和方法。同时,随着计算机语言的发展,系统开发平台也是越来越趋于多样化、专
业化,越来越方便和高效的指导开发者的设计和开发工作。其中 Foundation 1 平台便
是在现在众多专业开发平台中一种。它专注于优化企业的 ERP,EAM 和 MRO 解决
方案。其基于开放技术的组件式软件为企业带来更多选择自由度、降低投资风险并
获得快速投资回报。二滩物资管理信息系统便是在此基础上,为其专门开发的管理
信息系统。
系统开发采用 C/S 模式,以集成化 Foundation 平台为开发工具。按照软件工程
的标准,进行了全面系统化的开发。依据软件开发周期,本文对系统进行了详细的
需求分析和数据库设计。采用 Rational Rose 建模,保证系统的总体性和软件的可复
用性。根据 Foundation 1 平台开发客户端的方法特点和二滩实际业务操作需求,在对
原有 Foundation 1 平台的开发方法基础上进行了改进,开发出了符合客户操作习惯和
友好性的应用系统。
为保证系统安全、实现动态的权限管理,本文结合 IFS 应用程序的安全设计特
点,在基于“用户-角色”的权限控制技术之上,结合实际系统的业务特点,给出了
行级权限的实现,达到了对信息安全的有效控制。而且在 IFS 人员单位管理的基础
上,重新设计人员单位间的关系,实现了对数据空间的节约。同时,根据二滩公司
现有业务的需求,在 IFS 的报表开发方法指导下,完成了该物资管理信息系统相关
业务的报表开发和集成。

Abstract
The development of management information system is plicated systematic
project, which involves many sectors, including technology, business management,
organization and conduct. Over the last decade, people explore and develop a number of
theories and methods to guide the development of management information systems.
Meanwhile, with puter language development, development platform is also more
diverse, specialized, more convenient and efficient to guide the development of design and
development work. Foundation 1 is one platform which is now in many professional
development platforms. It focuses on optimizing the enterprise ERP, EAM and MRO
solution. The software based on open ponent gives enterprises more
choices, lowers investment risk and improves the return on investment. Ertan material
management information system is specifically developed on the purpose.
System bases on C/S model and uses Foundation 1 integrated platform for
