柳州市城市建设用地扩展需求与规划策略研究
摘要
城市建设用地扩展需求是城市经济和社会发展的各种需求的综合反
映。合理的城市建设用地扩展需求研究成果能够保持土地利用系统的良
性循环,提高土地利用的综合效率,促进城市的可持续发展。本文以此
为目的,对柳州市城市建设用地扩展需求进行综合研究,并探索与之相
应的城市近期建设规划策略。
论文应用系统理论、区位理论、土地集约利用理论、景观生态学理
论、精明增长理论和行动规划理论作为研究的理论支撑,选用地理信息
系统作为研究平台,从土地集约利角视角出发,建立符合柳州市城市性
质和特点的城市建设用地扩展需求研究体系,对柳州市城市建设用地扩
展需求规模和特征进行定性和定量的综合分析,并在综合需求研究视角
下提出柳州市近期建设规划策略,为相应层次的城市近期建设规划的编
制与管理工作提供参考依据。

ABSTRACT
The requirement of urban construction land expansion is the reflection
of all the needs of urban economic and social development. Reasonable
research of the requirement of urban construction land expansion is able to
keep the benign recycle and prehensive efficiency of land use
system as well as to improve city’s sustainable development. The research on
the requirement of urban construction land expansion and its planning
strstegy of Liuzhou is based on this aim.
Investigative theory of the thesis which is based on geography
information system is system theory, location theory, intensive use theory,
landscape ecology theory, smart growth theory, and action plan theory.
Research system of the requirement of urban construction land expansion
according with the characters of Liuzhou city is built up from the visual angle
