企业信息化建设中的问题及对策研究

摘要: 企业信息化建设是当前企业发展的一个关键问题, 我国企业在信息化建设过程中普遍存在着忽视其重要
性及建设简单化的现象, 针对这种状况, 提出了改变重硬件轻软件的思想, 慎重选择开发方式, 注重基础管理、系统维护、
人才培养及数据重组等方面的工作的对策。

Abstract: T he developm en t of en terp rise info rm ationalization is one of the crucial issues fo r
en terp rise devlopm en t. W hereas, it has been neglected in the p rocess of the devlopm en t. Based on
th is, the article pu ts fo rw ard the suggestion of refo rm ing the ex isting app roach. A tten tion shou ld be
paid to the w ays of developm en t, basic m anagem en t, m ain tenance of system , personnel train ing and
data rebu ilding.

世界范围的社会信息化和经济信息化发展异常迅速, 信息化正以不可阻挡之势深入社会的各个方
面, 并在不同层次上促进社会的加速发展和变革, 引起企业生产经营方式和人们生活方式的变化。企业
