摘要
环境问题是当代社会关注度最高的问题之一。新技术革命以来,农村发生了
天翻地覆的变化。
的生活与生产,严重制约着农村经济的发展,影响着农村的和谐与稳定,而且延
缓着我们整个国家现代化的发展和国民经济发展的全局。在这种情况下,农村的
环境问题不可避免的被提到了日程。因此,我们必须正确的认识到我国农村的现
状,才能更有效的探索解决我国农村环境问题的办法。不可否认,在近二十年来,
我国农村的环境保护工作取得了阶段性的成果:政府大批资金的投入,建设了多
种生态绿色工程,增强了农村应对自然生态环境保护的能力,一系列环保法律法
规制度的相继出台,初步形成了我国的环保体系,环保理念逐渐渗透到农村的各
个领域。农村环保科技投入的力度逐渐增大,环保技术的应用也越来越广泛了。
但总体而言,农村生态环境的破坏还没有得到根本的改善,本文通过对各种改善
农村生态环境因素的分析,使科技能够更好的应用于农村环境保护中,造福于人
类。

Abstract
The issue of the environment is one of most focus problem in the modern society.
From the new technology revolution, There is great change in the countryside. Now,
the rural environment is getting more and more deteriorate. It not only endanger the
life and production of the majority of farmers, seriously restricting the rural economic
development, affect the harmony and stability in rural areas, and slow the global across
our country modernization and the development of the national economy. In this case,
the inevitable problem of rural environment is on the agenda. Therefore, we must
recognize the status of China's rural right, to explore more effective to solve the rural
environment problems in our way. Undeniable, in the past twenty years, the
environmental protection work in rural China has achieved initial results: the
government has invested a large number of funds, construction of the ecological green
