摘要:面对金融危机,在企业专利信息利用方面,我国大多数企业存在着许多问题,如企业规模小、员工专利素质整体不高、
不会专利维权,有的反而侵权。对策是:通过企业专利信息利用,指导进出口贸易、提高研发起点、打击竞争对手的侵权行
为、建立专利数据库、提高专利信息的加工与翻译水平、培养专利信息咨询专业人员等。坚持上述对策,我国企业才能解决
企业专利信息利用存在的这些问题。

[Abstract]  Face  to  the  financial  crisis,  there  are  many  problems  for  the  majority  of  Chinese  enterprises  in  the  use  of  patent 
information of enterprises such as enterprises scale is small. The employees overall patent quality is not not so  of them 
don’t  know  how  to  get  the  patent  rights,  Some  even  have  infringement.  The  approach  is  that  through  use  of  enterprise  patent 
information,it  can  guid  the  enterprise  to  know  the  trade  of  the  import  and  export  .  It  can  improve  the  starting  point  of  R  &  D, 
violating    against    can    establish  the  patent  databases,impoving  the  level  of  the  proces
