在经济全球化的趋势下,金融业迅速得到发展,它在经济中的影响力也越来越大。然而,伴随着金融业高速发展而频繁爆发的金融危机,也引起人们日益密切的关注。2007年由美国房价下跌导致的次贷危机,使贷款人和债权人遭受巨大损失,让美国经济遭受衰退危险,在经济全球化的推进下,已造成对全球流动性的不利影响,这给全球经济增长带来严重负面影响。改革开放以来,我国在经济上取得了举世瞩目的成就,但是我国还存在着市场经济体制不完善,经济金融法制不健全,经济中还存在着可能诱发我国金融危机的因素,尤其在中国加入“WTO”之后,经济金融全方位与国际接轨,保护主义日益削弱,竞争态势全面涌现。因此,面对国内外形势的发展,研究和落实中国金融危机的防范,对我国经济金融持续、快速、良好发展及和谐社会的构建都起到了重要的支撑作用。本文即是在此背景下,期望在国内外已有危机管理理论的基础上,结合有借鉴意义的历史金融危机案例,探讨中国在全球化背景下的金融危机防范策略和措施。分析我国现阶段的危机防范现状以及存在的问题,对我国金融危机防范提出合理的建议。

ABSTRACT
In the trend of economic globalization, the financial industry develops fast with its economic influence growing. However, the frequent outbreak of the financial crises with the rapid development of the financial industry has caused a close attention increasingly. In 2007, lenders and creditors suffered huge losses due to the credit crises caused by the falling of Real Estate in the United States, which made the United States has to face an economic recession risk. The advance of economic globalization has caused global liquidity shortage, with the global economic growth to a serious negative impact. Since the reform and open policy, China's economy has made noteworthy achievements, but the factors leading to the financial crises still exists such as the imperfect market economic system and economic financial legal system, especially after joins the WTO, China has merged with the world in economy and financial with convergence of increasing protectionism weakened, and petitive situation emerged. Therefore, faced with the development of the situation at home and abroad, to study and implement the management of China's financial crisis has played an important supporting role on developing China's economy and financial persistently, rapidly and soundly and building a harmonious society. This article is in this context, on the basis of the crisis management theory home and abroad, combining the financial crisis in the history, to analyze China’s present crisis prevention status and exis
