摘要:目的系统研究半红树植物黄槿(Hibiscus tiliaceus L.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶色谱、HPLC高效液相色谱等色谱分离手段,从黄槿的石油醚-乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到10个化合物。经理化常数和波谱分析鉴定了它们的结构。结果 10个化合物的结构分别为:木栓酮(Ⅰ)、粉蕊黄杨二醇(Ⅱ)、β-粘霉烯醇(Ⅲ)、羽扇豆醇(Ⅳ)、日耳曼醇(Ⅴ)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(Ⅵ)、豆甾-4 ,22-二烯-3-酮(Ⅶ)、麦角甾-4, 6, 8(14), 22-四烯-3-酮(Ⅷ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ)和豆甾醇(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

ABSTACT: OBJECTIVE Systematically study the chemical constituents of Hibiscus tiliaceus METHODS The isolation and purification pounds were depended on silical gel, Sephadex LH – 20 and HPLC methods, and their structures were identified by their physical and spectral data. RESULTS pounds, friedelin (Ⅰ), pachysandiol(Ⅱ), glutinol (Ⅲ), lupeol (Ⅳ), germanicol (Ⅴ), stigmast-4-en-3-one (Ⅵ), stigmasta-4, 22-dien-3-one (Ⅶ), ergosta- 4, 6, 8(14), 22-tetraen-3-one (Ⅷ) , β-sitosterol (Ⅸ), stigmasterol(Ⅹ), were isolated and elucidated. pounds Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ and Ⅷ were firstly isolated from this species.
