[摘要] 目的:测定不同产地蒲公英中咖啡酸和绿原酸含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为:Sino Chrom ODS-BP C18柱(5µm, ×250mm ),·L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液∶甲醇(70∶30),·min-1 ,检测波长323nm。结果:回归方程:咖啡酸Y=+ ,r=,平均回收率(n=3)%,%;绿原酸Y=+,r=,平均回收率(n=3)%,%。结论:东北产地蒲公英中咖啡酸和绿原酸含量最高,河北产地蒲公英中咖啡酸含量最低,湖北产地绿原酸含量最低。

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To determine the content of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid in Taraxacum from different habitats. METHODS HPLC analysis was performed on a Sino Chrom ODS-BP C18 column(5µm, ×250mm),·L-1 phosphate buffer-methonal(70: 30) as mobile phase. the flow rate was ·min-1 and the detection wavelength at 323nm 。RESULTS caffeic acid Y=+,r=,the average recovery was %;chlorogenic acid Y=+,r=,the average recovery was %. CONCLUSION The method is appropriate for the determination of caffeic acid and chlorogenic content of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid, The content of caffeic acid of Taraxacum(Hebei province) is the lowerest, The content of chlorogenic acid of Tarax
