摘要:目的探讨不同辅料土炮制白术对其主要有效成分的影响,为辅料土的筛选提供依据。方法采用同批药材,用5种不同品种的辅料土炮制;采用高效液相色谱法白术內酯-Ⅲ的含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定不同土炒白术中多糖的含量。结果白术内酯-Ⅲ含量高低为:为赤石脂炒白术>壁土炒白术>灶心土炒白术>窑土炒白术>黄土炒白术>生白术;多糖含量高低为:灶心土炒白术>黄土炒白术>赤石脂炒白术>窑土炒白术>壁土炒白术>生白术。结论白术经不同辅料土炒炮制后,白术內酯-Ⅲ和多糖的含量均有增高,但不同炮制品之间无显著差异。

Abstract: Object: To discuss on the effect on the main effective ingredients of processed Atratylodes (Baizhu) with different soils as excipient and provide the basis for screening soils as processing excipient. Methods: Atratylodes of the same batch are processed with 5 different kinds of soils. Content of Atractylode III is determined by HPLC and Soluble haride by UV spectrophotometry in different processed Atratylodes. Results: The contents of Atractylode III in different processed Atratylodes areHalloysitum rubrum processed Atratylodes>Wall soil processed Atratylodes>kitchen range soil processed Atratylodes>kiln soil processed Atratylodes>loess processed Atratylodes>raw Atratylodes; The contents of Soluble haride in different processed Atratylodes are kitchen range soil processed Atratylodes>loess processed Atratylodes>Halloysitum rubrum processed Atratylodes>kiln
