摘要:目的建立利培酮原料中主药的含量测定方法。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法测定。以50mmol/L,PH=,未涂层石英毛细管(75μm×,有效长度70cm)为分离通道,液体压差进样,(进样高度100mm,进样25s),分离电压为15kV,检测波长280nm,操作温度30℃。~,r=。%,%(n=5)。结论该方法快速简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于利培酮原料的含量测定。

Determination of Risperidone By High Performance Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

ABSTRACT:AIM A method for determination of Risperidone in Raw materials was established. METHODS. A HPCE apparatus equipped with a untreated fused-silica capillary (75μm×, 70cm effective length). Liquid height of injection was 100mm for 25 seconds, and the running voltage was 15kV for the separation. The wavelength of detector was 200nm and the running temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The linear range of Risperidone was ﹒mL-1~﹒mL-1(r=). The average recovery was %, relative standard was %(n=5). CONCLUTION The method is simple, rapid and sensitive with good repeatability, and can be used for content determination of Risperidone.

利培酮(Risperidone)是一种新型的非经典抗精神病
