摘要目的:了解我院抗菌药物不良反应(ADR)的发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2007年全年及2008年上半年共收集到的139例抗菌药物ADR报告表进行回顾性统计分析。结果:由喹诺酮类药物发生的ADR最多,其次是头孢菌素类药物,第三位是青霉素类药物;%。结论:临床应重视药品不良反应的报告和监测工作,减少或避免ADR的发生。

Analysis on 139 Cases of Antibacterials’ Adverse Drug Reaction in Our Hospital

ABSTRACT OBJEXTIVE: To investigate the occurrence of antibacterials’ adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in our hospital and to promote rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS: 139 ADR case of antibacterials were collected and analyzed retrospectively during ~ in our hospital. RESULTS: The occurrence of ADR induced by antibacterials of quinolones ranked the first, and the cephalosporins is the second, the penicillin is the third. ADR affecting skin and its appendages counted for % of the total. CONCLUSION: Importance should be attached to the reporting and monitor of ADRs so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADRs in the clinic.

我院2007年1月1日~2008年6月30日上报的药品不良反应共238例,其中抗菌药物引起的不良反应为139例,%。心血管药物为28例,%。由此可见,抗菌药物引起的不良反应在所有药品中位居首位,其比例远远高于排在第二位的心血管药物所引起的不良反应。值得我们重视,为此,本文着重对我院2007年及2008年上半年的抗菌药物的不良反应进行回顾性分析,为提高临床合理用药提供参考。
