Abstract: To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia lophanthoides(Buch.- D. Don)Hara. Various columns including Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40C, Sephadex LH-20, silica gel were employed for the isolation and purification pounds from Rabdosia lophanthoides(Buch.- D. Don)Hara.. The structures of pounds were elucidated by their physiochemical characteristics and spectral data. Two new dihydrobenzofuran lignanosides, lophanthoside B (1) and a enantiomer of Umbroside (2), along with seven known lignans (3-9), were isolated from Rabdosia lophanthoides (Buch.- ) Hara. Compound 1-6 was solated from this species for the first time, all pounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.

线纹香茶菜中木脂素的分离与结构鉴定

摘要:为研究线纹香茶菜的化学成分,我们用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40C,Sephadex LH-20,silica gel等柱色谱方法进行分离,根据其理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。分离得到二个新的苯并二氢呋喃类木脂素, lophanthoside B (1)和一个Umbroside的对映体(2), 以及七个已知的木脂素类化合物。其中化合物1-6为首次从该属植物中分到,所有的化合物均为首次从线纹香茶菜中分到。

Isodon (=Rabdosia) is a cosmopolitan and important genus of the Labiatae(=Lamiaceae) family. About 150 species of undershrubs, sub-undershrubs or perennial herbs are found throughout the world mainly in tropical and subtropical Asia. The use of Isodon species in Chinese popular folk medicine has a long tradition. Most herbs of this species have been found to have obvious biological activities with low toxicity.
