Abstract:Objective : To study the anti-neoplastic effect of oil .Methods: MTT and SRB were used to study anti-neoplastic action of oil in effect of oil on cell apoptosis and different stages of cell cycles in human gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells was studied by flow :The proliferation of SGC-7901 cells was inhibited after treated with 10、50、100、150 and 200 μg/ml the total oil in Capparis spinosa for 72 h and the IC50 is μg/mL, GI50 is μg/ml,LC50 is μg/ml,TGI is μg/ml. After SGC-7901 cells were treated by the total oil in Capparis spinosa for 24 h, morphological changes of apoptosis were observed. The apoptotic cells were detected after treating with 75、150 and 300 μg/ml of the total oil in Capparis spinosa for 24 h.
