摘要
当今社会生产中,液压技术得到了快速的发展,液压系统也被应用到越来越多的机器设备中。本文从研究液压传动系统的基本原理着手,设计压铸机的液压传动系统。随着国家建设对有色金属材料的大量及高质量的需求,二三十年来,压铸机在大型化、自动化、单元化和柔性化等方面的发展非常迅速。最近的几年,压铸的高新技术又不断地对压铸机提出更高和更新的要求。

Abstract
Nowadays, in social production, the hydraulic technology has been developed quickly and the hydraulic system has been used in more and more machines and equipment.
Beginning of researching on the theory of Hydraulic drive system ,the hydraulic drive system of die casting machine is designed .With the construction of our country and a large deal of requirement of non-ferrous metal, die casting machine go ahead of developing since the latest twenty recent years,die casting machine has been going a step further to development.
Here follows the characters: cast the non-ferrous metal steadily when use the machine, could keep casting quality ; in the meantime ,pact .In order to meet the furnace use characters and the processing request of die casting , we need hydraulic system with variable speed control casting. How to use hydraulic system to meet the request mentioned above, the merits of hydraulic drive was introduced in this article .Also the choice of hydraulic elements ,the design of integrated block and the design of fuel tank and assemble
