摘要:柴油机机体是需要大量生产的零件。为了提高加工精度和生产效率,需要设计一台组合机床来改善它的加工情况。本课题设计一台加工柴油机机体的三面精镗组合机床,主要完成机床总体和左主轴箱的设计工作。根据柴油机机体的结构特点、加工部位、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及生产率等要求,确定该机床为单工位卧式组合机床,机床采用卧式单工位三面加工的方案,加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便;为确保加工精度,采用“三面”的定位方案;为实现无级调速,操作可靠,选择液压滑台;根据零件的大小及被加工孔的位置确定主轴箱的轮廓尺寸;由加工工艺选择滚珠轴承主轴,通过计算扭矩确定主轴和传动轴的直径;齿轮的模数是通过类比法确定;齿轮齿数和中间传动轴的位置是由“计算、作图和多次试凑”相结合的办法确定。本组合机床加工效率高,成本低,加工精度高,操作使用方便,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。

Design of Overall and left Headstock of Modular Machine Tool for Finished Boring of Pipe Holes on Three-Side of Body of Diesel
Abstract:The diesel body is a product which needs mass production. In order to improve the disposition and the production efficiency, designing a high effective modular machine tool is needed to improve the production of the diesel body. This topic is the design of general scheme and left headstock of modular machine tool for Finished Boring of Pipe Holes on Three-Side of diesel body. According to the request of construction features, processing spot, size precision, surface roughness and productivity of the diesel cylinder body, sets the machine tool for single location horizontal type modular machine tool. The modular machine tool uses the horizontal-type single location three-side processing plan, the processing and assembly technology capability is good, and it clamps conveniently. In order to guarantee the processing precision, the localization plan use "three surfaces". In order to implement the unlimited speed regulation, safe and reliable, therefore choose hydraulic pressure sliding table. According the size ponents and the position of the hole that is processed to set the overall size of the headstock. Choosing the taper bearing spindle by processing craft. The spindle and drive shaft diameter is decided putation torque. The gear modulus is decided through the correlation method.
