摘要:教育性、学术性构成了大学的本质属性,是大学的合法性基础,因而也是大学的应然理想。大学成员的生活方式、精神追求和角色定位影响着大学的教育性和学术性属性。而当代中国大学组织衙门化、大学价值官本位化、大学管理官僚化已经成为大学的主要特征。大学出现了资源危机、价值危机、制度危机、质量危机和公信危机,大学的所作所为正与社会价值观念和价值规范所期待的大学形象背道而驰,并且因公信力持续下降而正陷入合法性危机。

University anization ought to be ideal and the Real Situation of Chinese University

Abstract: The educational, academic constitute the essential attribute of the University, the University of legitimacy and, therefore, the University ought to be ideal. Members of the University's way of life, spiritual pursuits and the University of roles affects the educational and academic attributes. The anization of modern Chinese university, the University official standard of value, the University management bureaucracy has e the main features of the University. University resources crisis emerged, the value of crisis, institutional crisis, the quality crisis and the credibility crisis, the University's actions with social values and norms expected value of the image runs counter to the university, and continued to decline because of the credibility crisis of legitimacy are caught.
